Sessions are 50 minutes long at £55 per session. Couples sessions are £65 per hour.
Clients find that these are best completed weekly to maintain continuity.
Limited evening and weekend slots are available, with or without my trained therapy dog (Bichon Frisé).

walk & talk Therapy

Many people find therapy sessions while walking in nature hugely beneficial. I often use the beautiful Grand Western Canal (Tiverton), which is a short walk from my counselling room.
Phone/Online Therapy
£55
Personalised telephone or online therapy can be useful if travelling poses an obstacle to your therapeutic experience or you prefer to engage in a manner other than in person. I provide a comprehensive service on either medium.
